| "I have only positive things to say about Road Runner Auto Transport. They were great throughout every step of the process. I was moving from NY to CA to start a new job in the military. I had initially been set to use another auto shipment company that my brother found, but on the day of the car hand-off, my interaction with that company turned out to be an absolute disaster - the driver never showed up and couldn't be reached. That company was able to find a replacement driver but for more money, because it was last minute. I was livid and worried that I'd have to push my flight back in order to make sure my car made it to CA. That's when I called Road Runner. A quick internet search showed them to have good reviews and they checked out just fine on the Better Business Bureau website. From the very start, Phil put me at ease and was very professional. He worked quickly to help me out, did not pressure me at all and made every effort to accommodate me. He was able to arrange for same day pick-up, and for less money than I was about to pay the other company even before the last-minute replacement driver debacle! At such late notice, he offered two different drivers at different locations for me to choose. On top of that, when I said that I did not feel comfortable navigating the drive to the meeting spot given my time crunch (my flight was leaving that day!), they offered to meet me in Manhattan and the driver personally drove the car back to Brooklyn to load it on the moving truck. In the week that followed, the driver was always reachable and I was kept well-informed as to his location en route. My car arrived right on time and in the same condition as when I handed it over. I was in near crisis-mode when the other company failed me right before my move, but Road Runner truly saved the day. I will absolutely use them again and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone! " |

| "We needed to get our daughter's car from Notre Dame to San Diego after her graduation mid-May 2010. Both my wife and I had contacted several transport companies and read their customers' reviews on this site before selecting RoadRunner Auto Transport. In a nutshell, here's why we chose them: Phil explained that they don't simply post jobs on a board for random truckers to bid on. They work from a list of truckers with which they have a history of high customer satisfaction. Since this was our first time shipping a car, we were looking for as trouble-free of a transaction as possible. We had enough to worry about with the graduation and move. And guess what? Trouble Free. Yes, we paid a little more than the low bids we were seeing, but the extra $75-100 was a worthwhile investment. Phil, with help from Andrew, had a truck lined up within hours of our initial conversation. Our window for pick up was 5-7 days later, and the truck came within one hour of our sweet spot. The driver, Tom with Express ATM, called me 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pick up time, and again 2 hours before arrival to tell me traffic was delaying his arrival one hour. He was courteous, inspected the car thoroughly, gave me the bill of lading, loaded the car quickly, and was off. He called en route to confirm our agreed upon delivery date and time. He arrived within 1 hour of our target. Was I lucky? I don't think so. Picked a good company, and they picked a good trucker. " |

Another Auto Transport company strung me along for 3 weeks with no results but once I called RoadRunner my pickup truck was scheduled for pickup Immediately (within 2 days!). I lost money by calling someone else first. Check around, most companies use the same pool of drivers and are happy to collect a deposit but do not care how long it takes to get your vehicle picked up, but RoadRunner is different....TRUST ME...I learned the hard way. We use Ebay to buy cars and will always call RoadRunner.!" |

| "Auto transport can occasionally be a tricky business and it is inevitable that a company will run into a problem at some point. Using Roadrunner minimizes this risk to practically zero, and I will definitely keep using them. Sandi and Phil are awesome and they provide excellent commuication. I have shipped cars several times without any issues, and I believe that Roadrunner has a successful formula. I required enclosed transport this time, the driver was top notch, and he ran the car clear across the country in one shot. If you happen to originate your move from the pacific northwest the way I did, you could try asking for Ivan's availability (Ivan was the driver but the other drivers are good as well). Roadrunner's process is peace of mind for owners of collector automobiles such as myself. Also - note the cost! $1275 for enclosed transport coast to coast. No one beats that price. Roadrunner gets five stars." |
